I had Dan on my podcast, in the very early stages of when I was getting my show up and running. He was a favourite guest for many of my listeners, being one of the most down loaded episodes. 

In our first interview, Dan shared a lot about his journey to waking up to life and himself with the help of meditation - which completely transformed him. Dan is a tradie who has influenced many men in the community with getting his message out there, the benefits of meditation and how important it is to rest your body by coming into stillness.

I wanted to get Dan back on the show again as so much has opened up and changed in his life since we spoke. He has immersed himself into training and has recently stepped up into his new role as a Teacher. He is now a One Giant Mind Meditation Teacher AND Yoga Instructor.  Wow - so inspiring!

Dan has so many great nuggets in this interview. I needed to hear a few of them - he reminded me to stop waiting for happiness. Get off your butt and GIVE happiness - show the happiness you want to embody!
