We discuss the need for versatility in this setting and personalisation of nutrition services for these residents. There are some very important questions asked in the 6 studies which span Danielle’s research including why aren’t previous strategies sustained in practice? How to use data collection tools to measure fortified food acceptability by patients? What do staff think about the usability of fortification products? and can a liquid based fortification strategy support protein consumption in these patients and what is its acceptability?
