People who know me know that I have lots of thoughts and opinions and I'm not afraid to share them. I've been reflecting on why that is and in this episode, I share my theory and a few cringeworthy anecdotes.

Originally published in July of 2020, I make an argument as to why white people should stop cancelling other white people, specifically when it comes to ignorance or downright hostility towards the Black Lives Matter Movement. I make this argument as a biracial individual - half white and half Black.

Aaah, productivity! The hallmark of western civilization. A trait we measure success by. An attribute we tie our self-worth to. If you’ve read other posts of mine, you’ll know my thoughts on the p-word. Nevertheless, I know that productivity will continue to be a measure of success. So here are my tips on how to be more “productive” – i.e. how to do what you can without burning yourself out and without feeling guilty for taking breaks.

Do you often find yourself thinking “If only they paid more attention like me” or “If you want it done right, you got to do it yourself” to “I don’t get paid enough to pick up the slack” and so on? If so, perhaps you're suffering from the need to control. I, too, suffer from this syndrome but I'm learning to let go.
