– Maricopa County is still growing at a rate of over 1.8% which it has for the last 3 years straight.

– The demand is coming from California buyers, those now working from home, and the largest generation, millennials.

– Builders are building, but they aren’t motivated to build at breakneck speeds.

– Some people are deciding that it’s a good time to cash out of their current home and move out of the Greater Phoenix area.

– As long as rates for mortgages are this low demand will remain

high.

– We generally see a slowing this time of year, but what will happen with the demand for homes during the holiday season?
