    Danny is back with his real estate market update AND his predictions for what will happen in Q4! This is not a video you’ll want to miss! Below is a brief summary of what he covered. 👇🏻
    – We only have about 7500 homes on the market in the Greater Phoenix area.
    – Maricopa County is still growing at a rate of over 1.8% which it has for the last 3 years straight.
    – The demand is coming from California buyers, those now working from home, and the largest generation, millennials.
    – Builders are building, but they aren’t motivated to build at breakneck speeds.
    – Some people are deciding that it’s a good time to cash out of their current home and move out of the Greater Phoenix area.
    – As long as rates for mortgages are this low demand will remain
    high.
    – We generally see a slowing this time of year, but what will happen with the demand for homes during the holiday season?

    A new episode of The 5 is coming at you! 🤚🏻 Check out what topics we covered below:
    1. Jobs report is much better than expected – In July, 1.8 million jobs were added back to the economy versus the 1.48 million that was expected.
    2. Trump signs a series of executive orders – The first is an attempt at postponing payroll taxes through the end of the year. He's also extending the unemployment bonus to $400 a week, extending the moratorium on evictions, and waiving student loan payments through the end of the year.
    3. US Stocks surpassed all time highs – The S & P briefly topped it's all time high, which it hit back in February prior to the pandemic, erasing the lows that were set in March.
    4. Real Estate – The housing market in the Greater Phoenix area continues to be VERY strong.
    5. Mortgages – Mortgage rates jumped at their fastest pace in more than 2 months this week.
