College basketball is kicking into gear, so it's a great time of year to revisit a comversation with former Overland Park Mayor Carl Gerlach. His lifetime of high level achievement was rooted in basketball, moved into Business, public service, politics, and more, and earlier this year, he and his and his wife Jill were named Johnson Countians of the Year.
