Danny Morel brings over 22 years to the real estate business as a coach, mentor, investor and broker. Danny’s interest in the real estate industry began with the simple dream of buying his mother a house. From there, he learned about the industry, began selling homes and this led to obtaining coaches to further his career. As an agent, Danny successfully sold 150 homes in a year while only working 4.5 days a week. Taking what he learned, Danny envisioned himself helping other agents, so they too could get the most from their hard work. From that passion grew his coaching company where Danny had the pleasure of leading almost 500 agents to success in their careers through multi-day seminars that impacted thousands of lives.
Danny had a bigger vision. This vision included taking his coaching skills and creating a brokerage that broke the mold of the average brokerage that provided a desk and phone and put agents to work. He wanted to provide an environment where agents would be properly coached, trained and held accountable. He knew that people join the real estate industry for flexibility, abundance with the dreams of having lots of money, freedom and time with their families. From this grew, Intero Rancho Cucamonga, a place where agents would be coached on how to utilize sales strategies, team building and have family atmosphere that allowed them to take their careers to the next step, so many agents desire. Through this, he has created an environment that results in his agents wanting to be in their best in all areas of life – health, family, relationships, mindset and last, but not least, financial freedom and as a result, Intero Rancho Cuc. boasts a 30% average increase in agent production once joining Intero!
