So it is our first episode of the year and we have to ramble about the stranger things finale and how divisive it's been, the new year, the cycle starting again and the awful Anthony Joshua accident.

This week's ramble we have a bit of everything. I fail to remember what has happened this year, my last cinema trip being anaconda, Jake vs Joshua and Christmas.

In this week's ramble I'm going heavy on getting old and how much I love staying in, WWE survivor series, I'm a celebrity and being super cosy.

So on this week's ramble we have some triple x stuff going down at half time in the football, John Cena is almost gone, we should communicate more and power lifting controversy.
