Julie is my first guest that is married to a previous guest on my show, Russell Delk. She is a mother, teacher, and crossfitter. She is a certified NASM Nutrition Coach. Her birth stories and postpartum are nothing short of amazing. By the time this conversation was over I knew she was a very intuitive person.

Shirley Hodges Hendricks is a mother and wonderful counselor that currently serves children and has great experience working adults. She was one of my first few coaching clients and she did amazing with her transformation. I had to have her on to talk about the current mental health of our country and our children.

Lynda Harrison is back on to talk about her speciality. I was really interested in the in depth testing of neurotransmitters and the process of improving mental health. I enjoyed this one throughly because of my family history of mental disability as well as my wife's family history of mental disorders. Proactive treatments will always prevail in the effectiveness of treatment.

Nick is a great friend that just celebrated his 1 year anniversary with his beautiful wife. He is a fellow Personal trainer that I met at Anatomies in Hattiesburg Mississippi. He is a like minded health and wellness fanatic that loves to help his clients with their nutrition as well. I haven't really interacted with him in almost six years so this was a great reunion. Melinda is a midwife that delivered our daughter. She is a facts and literature based midwife. She taught us the data and let us decide on how we wanted to go about the pregnancy to birth process. She has been a major part of births from a very young age. She went above and beyond for us as well as all of her patients. Her experience in delivering babies is vast and diverse. Lynda is a nurse practitioner in Hattiesburg Mississippi at Legacy Health Center. She has overcome endometriosis, weight gain, and much more.
