Andrea shares how she transitioned from a career in Finance and Accounting to align herself to what she is currently doing. What started out as a personal journey of health and wellness and wanting to help her family - evolved into the important work of Coaching that she is currently doing now.
Andrea shares how systemic racism, trauma and the disparity between women of color and white women shows up in health and wellness and how we can prioritize ourselves. She candidly shares how she has navigated the loss of loved ones, racial injustices and workplace challenges.
