Dare 2 Hear - The Podcast

Due to the flu I was not able to record my prophetic word for 2024. But you can look for it to be forthcoming in mid-Janaury.

Pioneering is a difficult thing. Just think to the history of our nation and those who pioneered and made their way west to find adventure and a better way of life. Every pioneer that went on a journey had a dream they were pursuing. A pioneer cuts a path and prepares a way for others to follow in hopes that others can also see the possibilities of what's to come. It is a thankless, loney, and difficult job, yet it is essential that we have those who are called to be pioneers.

What we are being called into in this next season requires a total surrend and sacrificial obedience to the Lord. Join us today on the podcast while we unpack the ins and outs of pioneering.

On December 11, 2023 the Lord showed me a vision and spoke a prophetic word for the season to come. I originally intended to only share it with my Remnent online community, but He impressed upon me that it was a corporate word and I needed to release it today before we enter over into Winter from the Fall Season. This transition just happens to be today and tomorrow. Today is the last official day of Fall and with the turning of the clock at the end of the day we will official begin Winter Season.

Not only do I share the word, but I give you some prayer points and things to ponder with the Lord as you prepare yourselves for the winds of change to blow over your own life.

Have a very Merrry Christmas!

If you can't tell yet, I am a Buck Storm fan. He has been on the podcast twice before and you are going to enjoy today's conversation. Buck's books would make fabulous gifts and stocking stuffers, just saying. He writes all his books to stand alone, but you will notice that some of the same characters pop up from book to book in a particular series. I am looking forward to reading more of Buck's books. Here's a little bit about his book, :Venus Sings the Blues"

What if you could change your life and write your own story? What if you could make your dreams come true?

To say Bones isn't thrilled with his dead-end job at the Venus Motel would be an understatement. But when you're fifteen with no family, expecting any prospects for your future feels pretty pointless. You just have to roll with the whims of the powers that be. And the motel owner, Calico Foster, can't keep herself afloat, much less rescue a lost kid. A job is all she can offer.

Why Jimmy La Roux chooses the Venus to land at when he rolls out of the desert and into the parking lot is more than anyone knows. But with a rattle of Harley pipes and a cloud of dissipating dust, he roars in, fresh from blasting through the cosmos, ready to change all of their lives. Complete with jeans, boots, hair and muttonchops swept back from cosmic winds, and muscles like ropes, he looks like he could take on any sorrow and wrestle it into submission. And he's wielding a magic box that makes anything that goes into it disappear forever…

Welcome to the Venus Motel, where a million stars dance above the neon and things are almost never what they seem.

With a cast of characters including a blues-playing magician biker, a broken singer running away from her past, a couple of down-and-out crooks, a lovelorn cowboy, and a famous author drowning his demons in a bottle of rum, Venus Sings the Blues is vivid, quirky ride into the desert Southwest. Like all of Buck Storm's stories, it's full of humor and depth, and takes a lyrical look at God's love and his pursuit of man in a style reminiscent of an engaging blend of Jimmy Buffet and Gabriel García Márquez.

You are gonna love today's conversation with Jonathon Black about his book: "The Lord's Supper: Our Promised Place of Intimacy and Transformation with Jesus."What did Jesus really mean when He said, "Do this in remembrance of me"? I learned so much from Jonahtons' book and our conversations. It was a game changer for me and how I led and partake in communion. From the very beginning, the Lord's Supper has stood at the heart of Christian worship. But over the years we've trivialized it, squeezing it in between "real" worship. If Jesus lives in us, and the Holy Spirit is poured out on us, why do we need to eat bread and drink grape juice or wine? Does it really matter?

It does matter--and it's life-changing, says leading Pentecostal theologian Jonathan Black. With warmth and depth, he explores not only how the table is still a powerful place of transformation and encounter with Jesus, but also how we can experience Christ's promise of presence, glory, healing, forgiveness, victory, and intimacy when we answer His call to come to the table.

While Speaking at a conference in September God gave me a shot vision two seperate times. As I sat with Him to process this vision over the past month He gave me a deeper revelation which is a call to for His covenant people to step into moments and a season of holy intimacy with Him. He needs us to choose this holy moments so He can impart and release us into our next season. Join me on the podcast today as I not only release this word, but also break down how to understand the messages God imparts to us.
