We are all one step closer to the person we have always been--That's my takeaway from this episode. Join me as I continue to talk about life lessons, insights, and challenges my friends and I have overcome.
Ps. conversations with friends are extremely therapeutic, I encourage you to reach out to someone you love and talk about where you both are in life, you'll then see what I mean :P
Hey everyone, as we know our twenties are such transitional times for many if not all. In this episode, I bring a few recent college graduates to talk about their experience with navigating the unknown. I know I learned a lot from listening to their unique view, so hopefully, you are able to take back a few nuggets of wisdom too.
Stay tuned for part 2 which airs next Thursday! :)
In this episode, my childhood best friend and I talk about her mindset shift after becoming a mom at the age of twenty. We also talk about the changes our friendship went through over the years and well, a few tangents along with the conversation. This episode honestly is a normal conversation between two sisters. :) Hope you enjoy being the little fly on the wall!

Living in the mere grey of life, or how some would like to call it, “middle”, can oftentimes be difficult. Today, our world is increasingly polarized with white or black paradigms, “If I’m right, you must be wrong”. But the truth is we live in the shades of grey, not black or white. This is why I brought Derrick Davis onto the show. He is a songwriter, artist, and software engineer located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Derrick chooses to live in the shades of grey by working a 9 am-5 pm government job, but still making time to pursue his creative passion, making music. I think his story in particular is a perfect example of how someone can live in the middle and still have it all.

Hello everyone! In this mini-episode, I share my intentions for the Podcast and recent updates from my travels. I ask that you be patient with me, there are more vulnerable conversations on the way. And I can't wait to share them with you.
I really would like to express my gratitude for all the generous feedback I've received. You guys don't know how much it fills my heart seeing the impact the last two conversations have made. Thanks for sharing your space and time to listen in.
Wishing you all a peaceful and rewarding day.
