Dare to Host

In this new episode of our podcast, we had the pleasure of interviewing Ms Chitra Stern, a hotel owner and developer based in Portugal. We asked her to describe her professional journey, her struggles during the pandemic, and her views on education in the hospitality sector.

Welcome to the very first episode of 'Dare to Host', a new podcast by HOTREC.

Covid-19 had a huge impact on the hospitality industry worldwide, and it is still very much cause for concern today.

Together with our guest of honour, Mr Vanguelis Panayotis, Chairman at MKG, we tried to understand how European hospitality is performing now and what the future will look like for the sector.

Thank you for listening!
