In this weeks episode I talk about intuition. I believe that many of us do not listen to our intuition, especially when it comes to our health. People always love to say "talk to your doctor" which I am not saying don't do. However, I feel that we put them on a pedestal and forget to listen to our own intuition, that gut feeling. 

I talk a but about Texas and how I felt better until I got home. I have been suspecting that there is something in my house that has been making me sick, and keeping me sick but I always listened to my doctors and not my intuition and my bodies innate wisdom.
