During the 1970s, city authorities in Moscow approved the building of a huge new super hospital. It would never be completed, and its abandoned remains would become the scene of numerous strange and inexplicable deaths.

In 1982, a newly completed film centre in Manila was the pride of the administration in the Philippines. However, it harboured a very dark secret, which would come to haunt employees and visitors alike.
