Season 1 might be coming to a close but Speaks Her Truth and Atlantis aint finish!  In this episode we recap our favorite moments from this season and share what's next for us.

In Episode 5, Speaks Her Truth is joined by a guest host Lauren! Lauren is a Black Queen in HR.  Together they go through the purpose of HR, who HR serves, and most importantly how Black Women use HR as a resource safely to Navigate investigation processes.

This week we break down what is executive presence and how it impacts Black Women! Lets get to the facts! Typically when discussing the pay gap for women we are talked about as a whole but the truth is not all women are paid equally. In this episode, Atlantis breaks down the pay gap for women and then talks about how Black Women compare to national statistics. We also have our girl Phoenix, who is going to share her experience as an inspiring Black mother working in Corporate America!
