Auteco Minerals owns the Pickle Crow gold project in Canada. Pickle Crow has a resource of 2.8-million ounces at a whopping 7.2-grams a tonne, but the company has a valuation of just 62-million dollars, that equates to about 20 odd dollars per ounce. Chief Executive Darren Cooke, says the stock is cheap but it's not the only gold stock which would appear to be undervalued in this market. That said, it's highly leveraged to a pop in the gold price and to further growth in the resource. Particularly close to the surface where the company believes it could be onto an open cut proposition where it currently has about a million ounces within 250m of the surface. Drilling is ongoing, various studies are taking place and Auteco is well placed to capitalise on an increase in the gold price and further growth at Pickle Crow.
