My story of how overthinking has impacted my life. The things i have done, how I have come to terms with this so it no longer controls me, and how I have taken back control of my life despite the continued struggle.

My domestic abuse, holding myself to account. Help is out there, and change is possible if you want to accept it. I work with a programme run by Strength to Change, which is run alongside Humberside Police. With support from them, I now hold myself accountable and have tools to manage my feelings going forward. There is no fix for what I have done, but knowing right from wrong and how to keep your partner safe is a big step.

Mental, health domestic abuse. There's no where to hide be accountable and stop the suffering.
