This weeks challenge is still on Affirmations, Self-love, & Consistency. However I'm challenging you! See, we have to challenge one another and work together with building the other up. Here we are. IT IS TIME!
1. Write 5 new affirmations to say every hour of the day.
2. Write down a list of things you need to work on your consistency with. Then only pick 2 of those things to work on this week.
3. Write down all the rewards you would want to cater yourself with. Now pick 3-5 of those rewards.
