Darvina Plante is a yoga instructor, leading yoga classes and retreats with a strong emphasis on making yoga inclusive. Over the past 16 years she has become trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Mandala, and Rocket Yoga, studying in places including Puerto Rico and Sri Lanka. Darvina also founded ‘Cultivating Conversations’, a series of events that bring individuals together to discuss how we can make our communities inclusive and empowering for everyone.
