With July being minority mental health month I thought it was appropriate to speak on this subject and share some resources that might help you. We are living in crazy times right now and it's so easy to get caught up in it all and lose yourself. I am here to let you know you are not alone.

With everything currently going on in the world I found it my duty to use my voice to speak up for my community, and to hopefully help non poc to understand our point of view. This is a very touchy subject and I have made it a point to not stay quiet about my feelings towards it. This is an open discussion and I am here to educate those who may not understand why we are so passionate about the Black Lives Matter movement.
