Today's episode is a special one! It is the first I invited a guest to my podcast. Hanna is from Iran and together we talked about the differences in relationships between Germany and Iran. It was a lot of fun, and I am hoping to have her as a guest on the show again!

Today marks the first episode in which I also talk with someone else in my podcast! My friend Amir who works at Naakojaa in Paris spontaneously interviewed me about the cultural differences in dating between Germans and Iranians. I hope you enjoy!

In today's episode, I want to share a poem I wrote and delve into my experience with "dreamlike" love (عشق رویایی). I'll also be reading messages from a close Iranian friend who has profoundly impacted my perspective on this topic.

If we have too many worries or concerns, our "psychological battery" drains rapidly, preventing us from fully recharging and diminishing our ability to cope with life. Today, I will talk about this phenomenon called 心理漏电 (xīnlǐ lòudiàn), which can be translated as "psychological leakage" or نشت روانی (Nasht-e Ravâni).
