What’s “data”, and why is it so important to our business processes? Data is the record of Human behavior (customers, employees, suppliers, stakeholders) and provides the foundation for leadership decisions, balancing our intuition.

But data only becomes useful to AI systems when it is actively curated for accuracy, consistency, completeness and relevance. It means changing the way we see data, how we curate and protect it, and prepare it for system integration.
