Elise started her career at a matchmaking company where she was the 3rd employee and as they opened offices across American and grew internationally she was promoted to head of matchmaking and she oversaw all their US staff.

Now she’s following her dream and building her own matchmaking business helping women in our community find love.

Elise Braunschweiger is the Founder & CEO of Queer Conscious Connections, a matchmaking and date coaching agency that specializes in services for the LGBTQIA+ community.
