Dating yourself. Do you do it? I do and I do NOT think it's weird. No one teaches us how to love ourselves. We are taught that we should love other people, but what happens when we become co-dependent or suffer from a love addiction? (It's a thing, ask any therapist!) In this episode I talk about my struggle with co-dependence and how dating myself sent me down a path to self love. I'm a bonafide self love junkie and I'm damn proud of it! I'll tell you why dating yourself is important and even give you a few ideas to go out and do it! Whether you are single or in a relationship, I believe you should date yourself and really get to know yourself. You need to love yourself FIRST or you can't love anyone else!
