God spoke to me yesterday about getting myself together as far as taking care of my body. Eating better and exercising. I'm excited to start and wanted to encourage all of you daughters of God as well. Self-love and taking care of ourselves is very important. Let's do this! We can do all things through Christ which strengthens us! Philippians 4:13.

Don't let nobody have so much control over your feeling to where it will get you off track with God. The devil will send people to hurt you or bring confusion. Pray and give it to God and rebuke satan in the mighty name of Jesus. Put on the whole armor of God so you will be able to stand in the evil days!
