There is a bill sitting on Texas Gov. Greg Abbot's desk that will change food and drink packaging not only in Texas but could spread to the rest of the country. President Donald Trump announced travel ban and restrictions on nineteen countries going into effect Monday. He cites these countries as a threat for their lack of screening and vetting for travel as well as citing high percentages of nationals that stay past their visas expire.
