Dave left Policing because he realised VicPol’s values and morals didn’t align with his own.

The impact of requiring a victim to explain the most intimate, often humiliating and embarrassing details of lets say a sexual offence in a statement took its toll on Dave as he was the one who had to pick up the victim’s broken pieces.
