Today's guest on the Born to Be Podcast is Edge Mentoring President and CEO Dave Neff. Dave's dream was to make it to the NBA and he did...just not on the court. His first career out of college was with the Indiana Pacers in the front office. Dave has always had a pretty intense curiosity about people and as he builds relationships, he knows the value of asking really great questions.

That curiosity has served him well in all of his roles, but definitely in his role as a mentee, then a mentor, and now running an organization that seeks to connect millennials to mentors. If you're feeling unsatisfied in life, Dave's advice is to take inventory of how you spend your time, who you spend your time with, and then to find someone who you aspire to be like and start spending time with them.
