Dave Portnoy spoke out after a recent antisemitic attack during a pizza review in Mississippi, stating that he now experiences such hate "every day" and that there has been a "definitive shift" in the national climate regarding antisemitism. 
During the incident in November 2025, a 20-year-old college student, Patrick McClintock, yelled "F*** the Jews" and threw coins at Portnoy while he was filming a "One Bite" review outside a pizza shop near Mississippi State University. The attack was captured on video, quickly went viral, and elicited condemnation from bystanders and social media users alike.
