We went on a summer trip up to the Smokey Mountains.  I had no expectation that I would see or do anything that related back to Disney.  But of course, I was wrong.  I seem to always have this lens that is on the lookout for Disney-related things. And I saw a bunch that I call out in this podcast.

Long before the Disney Skyliner, there was another skyway at the Disney theme parks (DisneyLand, the Magic Kingdom, and Tokyo DisneyLand).  I talk about the design, how it worked, and reminisce a little about riding it.

Disney had never managed hotels before, but they decided to get into the business when they opened Walt Disney World.  I take a look back at Disney getting into the hotel business in central Florida.  There are two parts - the addition of hotels along Hotel Plaza Blvd, and the Hilton Inn South that taught the new Cast Members how to run a hotel.

As I intended to, I visited Walt Disney World last week, and spent a couple of days doing some fun things.  Hopefully, I caught some of the things you asked me for....by far my favorite part of this visit was people watching: we had some amusing interactions.

I also give you some updates about construction (there's a lot), talk about the monorail, and share some observations.

We also had a chance to see the Blue Angels and I was churro guy!
