TODAY’S GUEST: author, speaker, and survivor of Stage IV lung cancer, Pamela Walck explored multiple religions until she found the one true God of love. After finding her father dead in the basement and experiencing the deaths of numerous patients of various beliefs—she started to think about eternity. She worked as a physical therapist most of her adult life. After she graduated with a master’s degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, Pam taught Bible studies for years, worked with the homeless, and served on multiple overseas missions trips. Pam lives near beautiful Niagara Falls, New York. 

This book encompasses multiple stories of conversations, the homeless, patients in hospitals and nursing homes, meeting of friends at parties, experiences on the mission field in Africa, and more. In addition, Bridge of Love describes the miraculous healing of Pamela from Crohn’s disease, colitis, and severe back issues through prayer and acting in faith. Reading these faith-filled stories will encourage and inspire you, and show the powerful influence that God’s Holy Spirit can have in everyday circumstances. TODAY’S GUEST: author and U.S. Army Veteran, Fernando Arroyo. A former Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division, Fernando helped create a Veterans Association at Biola University while earning a Masters of Divinity degree. He later worked at the Orange County Rescue Mission as the Veteran Services Case Manager, counseling and serving vets struggling with issues ranging from PTSD, drug addiction, and homelessness. Fernando works as the Veterans Outreach Director at Step Forward Academy helping veterans and their families. His brand new book is called: The Shadow of Death: From My Battles in Fallujah to the Battle for My Soul.

When I returned home from my latest deployment in the U.S. Army, my life began to fall apart. One night, after heavy drinking, I placed my 1911 pistol in my mouth and thought a prayer—silence. I deactivated the safety and began to slowly squeeze the trigger. BANG! I dropped the pistol and I looked around me, but there was no blood. The bang I heard was the Bible on my desk falling and hitting the floor. I fell to my knees and asked God for forgiveness. I surrendered to Jesus Christ and asked him to help me. He answered.

Aimed at children, the phenomenon is far more subversive and demonic than its defenders claim.

God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. 28 God blessed them; and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it;  Genesis 1:27-28

 “A woman shall not wear man’s clothing, nor shall a man put on a woman’s clothing; for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord your God.” Deuteronomy 22:5

But from the beginning of creation, God created them male and female. 7 For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother, 8 and the two shall become one flesh; so they are no longer two, but one flesh. 9 Therefore, what God has joined together, no person is to separate.” Mark 10:6-9

 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness; (Rom. 1:18)

For they exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. 26 For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, 27 and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error. Romans 1:25-27

Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate (effeminate by perversion), nor homosexuals… 1 Cor. 6:9
