David Hockney has used fax machines, Polaroids and iPhones to produce art. And last spring, he did a whole show in London full of what he calls 'iPad drawings'. Now that exhibition is here in Istanbul. Esra Durust went to find out why the 85-year-old is such a big fan of painting digitally.
