Adam Copeland is joined by Athletic 49ers writer David Lombardi to review the 49ers 2021 Draft class. David thought the 49ers were gonna draft Trey Lance from almost the beginning. He saw how the odds in Vegas changed late to show that Lance was the favorite for the 49ers to draft at #3. Lance is a good fit with in the Kyle Shanahan offense after his time at North Dakota St. ND State's offense is very impressive and he wouldn't be surprised to see some of the plays being used by the 49ers. The drafted of Aaron Banks could be a sign that the 49ers are evolving into a different type of offense. Trey Sermon is a perfect 49ers style running back and David thinks he could be a good find by John Lynch.
