David Markovich commutes from Perth to the South West each week and intends to move there in coming years.

For now, he engages with the local community as a board member of the Busselton Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and with a local community bank.

David says it's hard to recruit lawyers to the regions and, while there are obvious benefits to city life, working out of the big smoke has benefits - including the strong connections between local lawyers. 
 
 As a regional commuter, David regularly encounters one of the great driving hazards of Australia - kangaroos!
