Dr. David R. Pearce is a dentist who practiced dentistry for 39 years where he and his team focused their dental surgery skills helping patients with true dental disabilities. These patients could no longer live fulfilling lives due to either an embarrassing smile or the inability to eat normal foods. They found themselves withdrawing from many social and business affairs. By reconstructing these patients to have beautiful smiles and the ability to eat anything they wanted, Dr. Pearce and his Team truly changed the lives of the patients they served.
Dr. Pearce sold that NYS dentist office in 2021 and focused his time and talent on his dentist coaching business, Ultimate Success in Dentistry, where he specializes on helping dentists improve the business side of their office resulting in more patients getting the life changing dentistry they deserve to have.
In 2023 he wrote his first of two books. “Peak Success: An Entrepreneurial Guide to Business Prosperity” will be published and available at Amazon and other outlets this November.
Dr. Pearce and his wife enjoy many recreational pursuits at their homes in Florida and Montana, while enjoying time with their two grown daughters and two grandchildren.
