Outside of running, David co-hosts the Sit and Kick podcast and is the author of Small School Big Dreams. Throughout this convo David talks about leaving Brooks Beasts and joining UAC, why he is motivated to continue running professionally, mental blocks that were holding him back in previous races, how training compares between UAC and Brooks Beasts, what his D2 collegiate running experience was like, and so much more.
