Michael Kelley, a Christian author and teacher, insists that Christians who obey and teach God’s Law “hate Jesus” and are “literally rejecting what Jesus did on the cross for us.” He also claims that God’s Law is “bondage” and that Jesus freed us from our obligation to obey it.

In support of these assertions, Michael cites passages that, according to him, illustrate a dichotomy between the Torah and Jesus’s commandments. Additionally, he argues that the implications of Jesus’s heavenly high priesthood include the establishment of a new law that supersedes the Law of Moses. In this video, I examine Michael’s arguments in support of these assertions.

R. L. Solberg, an outspoken critic of Pronomian (pro-Law) theology, made a video where he argued that we cannot follow the Gospel of Jesus and the Law of Moses at the same time. I responded to that video and demonstrated why none of Solberg’s arguments prove his case. Solberg didn’t like my video and made another video objecting to my critiques. This video is my response to his response. In this video, we will primarily be addressing Solberg’s claim that I mischaracterized his position on the Law. Then, we’ll talk about his other arguments.

Dan McClellan responded to my video on why he is wrong about Ezekiel 20:25-26. (Dan thinks this passage is proof that the Torah, at one time, commanded that children be sacrificed to Israel's God.) This is my response to his response.

Is the Messiah God? The first chapter of Hebrews presents compelling evidence that he is. In this chapter, the author highlights the Son’s role as the creator and sustainer of the universe, emphasizes the Son’s divine essence, proclaims that the Son is worthy of the worship that belongs only to God, and explicitly identifies the Son as “God” and “Lord/YHWH.” In order to demonstrate each of these points, this video conducts a detailed exegesis of Hebrews 1 and answers objections from unitarians.
