After Working Around At Different Restaurants In His Hometown Of Houston He Went To Japan. Looking For More Cooking Skill, And Knowledge Of His Ancestors Cuisine. He Found That Discipline During His Stage At Ryugin, and other restaurant. After That He Returned To The States And Spent A Good Amount Of Time Cooking At WD50 Until Their Closure And Then Going To Work For Chef Val Cantu And The Team Over At Californios.
