Chris has always been athletic athletic despite the CP, in terms of sports and his career as a pro cook, and currently trying to get in good shape by committing time and money to a home gym. There have been a ton of hurdles along the way, but he has never quit and he always continues to keep moving forward. This was such a fun podcast and we had a lot in common!
