This episode is specifically for men. It's so important for a man to have a proper/normal testosterone levels. It's directly connected with feeling happy. If you have lower testosterone levels than normal, you're going to feel weak, sad or depressed. I know that many men likes to masturbate for that short term pleasure but it effects your energy levels and self-esteem negatively in long run. You're going to feel so much better if you don't ejaculate. Your testosterone levels will increase and therefore your energy will increase which could be channeled to productivity. I believe confidence is derived from competence. People often say just believe in yourself. Well, it's hard to believe in yourself if you're not sure you can make it. To be sure you can make it, you need enough experience and hours of practice. And that's where feeling of competence starts to awake. Next step is being acknowledged by professionals in a field you want to master. When they say you're really good then confidence will sneak in naturally. Nothing is as powerful as your experience. More you have it, more confident you're going to be. Put yourself out there an life will teach you.

In this episode I talk about my journey into veganism. Curiosity has been one of the greatest drives in my life. It led me to question one of the most important activity in our lives - eating. Questions led to another questions. And of course - to an answers. I became informed. Science of nutrition and top vegan athletes showed what is possible even without taking a life from innocent beings. I decided to try it and never went back to eating animal products.

This is just a reminder of your precious time of your life. By taking back our power of focus we can direct our destination or destiny. What's really important in your life? What're your dreams? What it takes to achieve them? Focus is a very big part of it. Let's figure this out together!
