Our words have power, when we call upon God, the great 'I AM' there is so much power in that. We must understand that we need to speak life and God's truth as the Great I AM in our life, and this episode is going to break that down more. 

So many times we fall into other unnecessary diets because we feel like the diet we are on, isn't working... in only trying it for 3 days. When God has a promise and a plan for us, it is important to stay on that plan and not stray into comfort foods, or comfortable habits that we know once led to our own very destruction. 

This is the conclusion of our miniseries of phrases that you shouldn't tell your single friends as they are on their journey for love. This one especially entails that we shouldn't have our friends expect to rest on an idea that they are not in control of their situation in love, even if we are true, it isn't going to exactly going to help anyone all the time. We give power to people who aren't God and too many times that drains of our peace in God and having rest in Him. As we grow older we are going to find out that this will hinge rus more than grow us in life. We need to move forward, but also know where we are moving from, and that needs to be coming from a place of meditating in God's Word.

This episode, I just wanted to give us as human being permission for just a moment to be transparent, for us to be compassionate, and more importantly, for us to cry. Too many stereotypes we have to fall into for us to accomplish the task to be a perfect 'male' or 'female' that need to be thrown out and we need to just focus on finding our strength in the Lord. There are a lot of people who are single right now, and i wanted to start a miniseries of topics that include why single people do not want to hear platitudes about Platitudes about Finding Love. For those of you driving from work, or going out, this is an episode, and the ones subsequent to it—will talk about the embarrassing saying we give to those of our friends that are single, and why it needs to stop.  

If you wondered why sometimes this life is so hard, just understand that God is giving you a great big hug right now to comfort you, and know that better things are always yet to come for those who take heart in with Christ!
