Dawgman.com's Kim Grinolds spoke this week with Wildcat Authority's Jason Scheer to get the inside scoop on the Arizona Wildcats and what to expect from the home side when they host the No. 8 Washington Huskies Saturday night at Arizona Stadium.

Kim and Jason start by talking about the strange new reality of Arizona going to the Big 12 and Washington going to the Big Ten starting in 2024.

It's Family Weekend for Arizona, so they've called for a 'Red Out' Saturday night. The Washington game is arguably the biggest home game of the year, which will just add fuel to the fire.

Scheer spoke about Arizona Head Coach Jedd Fisch, how the UA fans have received him, and what kind of pressure there is on him right now to get the Wildcats to a bowl game.

The big talking point this week is the status of Jayden de Laura and whether or not he'll play for Arizona. Scheer talks about that, as well as what the 'Cats offense will look like if backup Noah Fifita gets a chance for his first career start.

Scheer also goes in-depth on what the Arizona offense looks like schematically, what they do well and who may not be available for the 'Cats Saturday night.
