Verses 16-18 are the defining verses of Ruth’s story. Without knowing what God had in store ahead of her, she made a decision to remain loyal to Noami, but more importantly, remain loyal to Naomi’s God. In today’s reading, we see how sometimes the biggest, most important, decisions in our life only make sense in hindsight.
