Today marks the start of a 5 day series about climbing out of the MS Hole.

I'm driven to provide hope in a quite negative space and it's why I created my Kicking MS's Ass programme.

It's a six week experience using my blend of mindset, nutrition and movement coaching, so you can reduce fatigue and inflammation, up energy and start feeling good again!
