This is your Thunderous Thursday ride - a simple, steady, 10-minute workout on a recumbent bike that meets you right where you are.


And let me be real with you…


I is tired.

I hurt everywhere.


But this is not the time to quit.

This is the time to push — gently, consistently, and with intention.


In this session, we’re not chasing perfection…

we’re choosing to stay.


🚴‍♀️ No bike? You can still do this.


• Use any stationary bike

• Ride outside

• Use a foot pedal bike

• Sit in a chair with a low stool or box and move your legs


Movement is movement.


💡 Why a recumbent bike?


• Back-supported, comfortable position

• Low impact on knees and joints

• Great for beginners or restarting your journey

• Helps improve circulation and endurance

• Burns calories while feeling more doable
