After something breaks, you may wonder whether stability can ever return. Will life always feel fragile?

God blesses Noah and his sons and tells them to be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth. He gives them animals for food, but He forbids eating blood because life matters to Him.

First Peter 3 connects the floodwaters with baptism, not because water saves by itself, but because baptism points to rescue through Jesus Christ. Noah was brought through judgment into a cleansed world.

God is faithful to His creation even after judgment. He does not abandon the world as a failed project.

The covenant with Noah preserves the world for the coming of Christ. Jesus enters a world God has promised to sustain, and through His death and resurrection He brings a greater covenant.

Choose one person you tend to treat as less valuable, even subtly. It might be someone annoying, unpopular, difficult, or easy to mock.

Reflection Question: Who do you find easiest to dismiss, and what would it look like to honor God’s image in that person?

Practice: Choose one overlooked or difficult person and show them one concrete act of respect today.

God, thank You for keeping Your promises when the world feels unstable. Teach me to value human life the way You do. Forgive me for treating people like obstacles, jokes, or competition.
