DAY 141: 2 Samuel 22–23; Psalm 57
2 Samuel 22–23 and Psalm 57 bring us into the closing reflections of an older David who, after decades of warfare, betrayal, suffering, failure, and deliverance, looks back and declares that God alone has been his rock, refuge, shield, and sustaining strength.
