Being given a role does not mean you are ready without preparation. A surgeon trains.
God tells Moses how to consecrate Aaron and his sons. They must bring a bull, two rams, unleavened bread, cakes, and wafers.
Hebrews 5 explains that every high priest is chosen from among people and appointed to act on their behalf in relation to God, offering gifts and sacrifices for sins. No one takes that honor for himself; he must be called by God.
God calls people to serve Him, but He also provides the cleansing and consecration needed. He does not let priests live into holy work casually.
Aaron and His sons need sacrifices for their own sin before serving. Jesus does not.
Touch your ear, hand, and foot as you pray. Ask God to consecrate what you hear, what you do, and where you go.

REFLECT & RESPOND
Key Line: God-given purpose calls for surrendered ears, hands, and feet.
Reflection Question: What part of your life most resists being set apart for God’s service?
Practice: Pray over your ear, hand, and foot, then choose one act of listening, service, or obedience today.

PRAYER
God, set me apart for You. Teach my ears to listen, my hands to serve, and my feet to move in obedience. Thank You for Jesus, my sinless High Priest, who offered Himself for me.
