Welcome to Day 17 of the Returning Daughter 40-Day Fast. Today we meditate on Ephesians 1:3-5 and the beautiful truth that before the beginning of time, God chose us to be adopted in love. He had a plan for us to belong to Him, to be fully received as His daughters, and to live from a place of security in His presence.

In this devotion, we reflect together on what it means to be fully accepted by God and to let go of feelings of rejection, fear, or unworthiness. We are reminded that adoption is the ultimate act of love and that through Jesus, we have been brought into God’s family, given His inheritance, and sealed by His Spirit.

• How God’s plan for us has always been rooted in love

• Why adoption in Christ means full belonging and inheritance

• How we can walk in confidence as daughters of God
