In this episode, Joe catches up with Dave on the second of their "from the road" updates as Dave works his way across Canada seeking to break the trans-Canadian running record.  Dave talks about the flow state that he has found and how great he is feeling.  Almost 1/3 of the way through if it keeps going like this Dave is feeling very confident at his record-setting prospects.  Next week we will find out how Dave is feeling and what he found in the ditch alongside the road.
